Refund policy

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received in a faulty or defective condition, or if the product differs from what you ordered.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unsoiled, and with all brand packaging, tags, and labels fully intact.

Damaged Goods Policy: Due to the fragile nature of our kitchenware, any claims for transit damage must be reported with photographic video unboxing evidence sent to info@aum-innovations.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are initiated immediately and will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
